This package requires 100% pre-payment to start the design of the initial concepts. Development of your Banners begins only when payment is received.

You'll Receive:

• Banner design based on our research of the target website and in accordance with your guidelines if such were provided.
• Two alterations to the Banner(s), if required.

All communication about - and delivery of - completed work will be conducted by e-mail. The completed work will be delivered to you via e-mail.

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).

We offer two types of development turnaround time: Normal and Urgent

• In the Normal mode, the initial design (concept) is developed and sent to you, the Customer, in ten (10) business days. This is the amount of time required to thoroughly research your business and understand all its details before we create your unique design. We may contact you by e-mail for additional details and discussion.
• In the Urgent mode ($100 "rush" charge applied to quote) you'll receive the initial design in two (2) business days.

When the initial design concepts are ready, we'll send them to you by e-mail. You should review them, choose one variant and advise us about the changes you want us to make. We'll continue working on your design to fine-tune it to your liking, assuming that the number of alterations is less than the maximum allowed or additional charges will be applied. The final digital files are e-mailed to you once the design is completed.

Note: Any outstanding payments due us must be paid prior to the final files being sent to you.

In some cases we retain the right to issue an additional quote after receiving payment for a project; i.e. when you request complicated programming and/or other custom features which are not part of the stated project plan. You'll be advised if this is relevant to your project, and then have the option of accepting or rejecting this additional expense.
